Happy Paws Pet Sitting, Inc., requires an initial home
visit to determine compatibility of our personnel with
your pets. We will come to your home to meet with the
pets and receive information from the owners regarding
pet history and daily routine. A rate of $20.00 will
be charged, payable on completion of the visit.
A non-refundable
payment of cash, check or money order is due when service
is contracted or at the first visit. All deposits are
non refundable. If payment is not received before departure,
a service fee
in the amount of $5.00 per visit
will be added. An invoice with the corrected charges
will be left at the home at the end of our last visit
and will be payable within (5) five business days from
the last visit.
A Late Charge
of $8.00 will be
assessed for all payments received after the (7th) seventh
business day.
In the
event of cancellation of scheduled service, there will
be a charge of 50% of the booking fee.
For your
protection and ours, we require all pets are up to date
with all necessary vaccinations. A copy of this record
must be provided. All animals are required to wear identification
tags while they are under our care.
It is
the owner's responsibility to contact
Happy Paws Pet Sitting, Inc. within 12 hours
of your stated return date to confirm that we are no
longer in care of your pets. Happy Paws Pet Sitting,
Inc. will automatically resume service at a $25
per visit additional expense
to you if you have not called us to let us know of your
return. An invoice for the additional services will
be left at the home and is payable within (5) five business
days of your return. A Late
Charge of $8.00
will be assessed for all payments received after the
(7th) seventh business day.
