Supply & Shipping:

Delivery prices and any free delivery offers are for UK Mainland only. (Please contact us before placing your order for postage costs outside of Mainland UK).

All orders will be delivered by 1st Class Royal Mail delivery unless alternative arrangements have been made.

For security reasons, and to prevent the possibility of credit card fraud, Infantguard Limited will only deliver goods to the address registered with the named holder of the payment card used to make an online purchase.

Infantguard Limited cannot be held liable for delays outside of it's control (force majeure).

Returns:

Infantguard Limited will refund or exchange any item as long as it is returned unused in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt with proof of purchase.

Any goods returned must also include Infantguard’s original delivery note (which will have been sent by Infantguard along with your goods).

Please note that any postage costs incurred in returning the item can not be refunded.
