At 8.55 am a member of staff takes the children
to their classrooms.
At 3.15 pm the children are collected from their
classroom by a member of staff to the Out of hours
Club.
This provides you with complete peace of mind,
as there is no additional travelling from day
care to school.
Our flexibility is our strength. If these hours
do not suit you then please contact our Club Supervisor.
If we can accommodate your needs we will. (Additional
costs may be incurred)

Why Use Our Club
The out of hours club
now employs four staff who are all either NVQ
Level 3 or NNEB qualified. We can now take 32
children in total.
We offer you a professional, confidential, and
safe care club for your children. All our staff
are CRB checked. They are friendly and always
available during sessions to answer any queries/
concerns you may have.
At the end of school the gates are secured once
more and the only access to the building is through
our secure reception. A bell in the foyer alerts
us to anyone waiting to enter. There is NO unauthorised
access to the club. This also means that the children
are unable to roam the building unaccompanied.
A member of staff will escort them to the toilet
and to wash their hands etc. If you need the club,no
problem. The staff have a cordless phone (same
number as the school)
We plan our daily sessions to interest the children,
aimed at keeping them occupied but allowing them
to chill out at the end of a hard day at school!
We are very flexible with our session times to
fit in with your employment (shifts etc) and you
are able to pay daily, by the session, or we can
bill you monthly, whatever is best for you.
As we are registered with Ofsted, you may be
eligible for a grant towards the cost of your
fees. Details of this can be obtained from the
Inland Revenue.
As we are based in the school hall there is no
travelling to and from school from other day care
providers.
A full copy of our policies is on our notice
board in the hall along with our insurance details
and Ofsted registration.

What Activities do we
