Quality Control

All production is conducted in-house under exacting standards.

Mouldings are inspected by our highly trained personnel to ensure consistent and accountable quality control. Whatever our customers demands, we consistently ensure that all technical specifications and planned aesthetic needs are met every time, on every moulding.

Dimensional Accuracy
Dimensional accuracy is measured with a co-ordinate measuring machine

Colour Accuracy
 Colour accuracy is measured with a spectrometer and light box

Tool Maintenance
 Tools are meticulously maintained in our in-house tool room to prolong their productive life and to support our single minute exchange of dies philosophy. All designated tools are cleaned after every run
