Online Privacy:

The Data Protection Act of 1998 sets out legal guidelines to be adhered to regarding the collection of personal online data.

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) also sets out, (although not legally required), similar guidelines concerning any information that may individually identify a child that is collected online. Such as full name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number or any other information that would allow someone to identify or contact the child.

In consideration:

  1. This web site does not involve any form of online data collection regarding pupils or minors.

  2. Any images of children's work published on this site are either displayed anonymously, or referred to only by the child's first name & class.

  3. Where an image of pupil is used, only that child's Christian name will be used (if any). Alternatively, if a pupils surname is used, their image will not be.
