Events Calendar

Special events in general:

The school holds a traditional May Day festival in the Spring/Summer each year. This tradition has been celebrated for over FIFTY years and is a feature of the school and village.

A musical activity is arranged at least once a year to which all parents are invited. The pupils of classes one and two lead the Christmas concert/show with the summer production demonstrating the talents of our older children.

Special services are usually planned at the end of each term time, held either in the school or church. Again all are invited to share in these occasions. Occasional sporting fixtures against neighboring schools are arranged and we regularly participate in local tournaments and galas. From time to time special weeks or worship days are arranged. These may focus on a curriculum area or have a cross-curricular relevance.
